We are having a job opportunity for the project manager for the Dubai locationJob DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 15–20 years of experience in infrastructure and road construction projects, particularly projects executed under the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project execution, site management, planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale road and infrastructure projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end execution of RTA road and infrastructure projects.Oversee site activities to ensure project delivery within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Coordinate with RTA authorities, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.Manage project planning, resource allocation, manpower, equipment, and material requirements.Ensure compliance with RTA specifications, project standards, HSE requirements, and quality procedures.Review project schedules, progress reports, budgets, and execution milestones.RequirementsBachelor's degree/B.Tech. in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering.15–20 years of experience in road construction, infrastructure, and civil engineering projects.Strong experience in RTA projects is mandatory.Proven track record in project execution and site management.
