📢 We’re Hiring: Project Manager – Professional Kitchen | Dubai, UAEOur client is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Professional Kitchen with a Mechanical Engineering background to lead commercial kitchen installation and fit-out projects from planning through to successful handover.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage commercial kitchen installation and renovation projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget control.Review kitchen layouts, MEP drawings, ventilation systems, and technical specifications.Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal project teams.Oversee kitchen equipment installation and stainless-steel (SS) custom fabrication works.Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and quality standards.Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, food service regulations, and project requirements.Prepare progress reports and manage client expectations through project completion.🔹 RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.8–10 years of relevant experience in project management with commercial kitchen contracting companies.Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, MEP systems, ventilation, and installation requirements.Proven experience in stainless-steel custom fabrication.Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management tools.Strong client coordination, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of applicable building codes and food service authority regulations.📍 Location: Dubai, UAE💼 Employment Type: Full-time, on-site🎯 If you have a strong mechanical engineering background and proven experience delivering professional kitchen projects, we’d love to hear from you!
