Trustify aims to be the top-tier technology outsourcing partner from Vietnam, combining human expertise with AI power to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions.About the Project Manager Position We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software development projects from initiation to delivery. This role is responsible for project planning, stakeholder management, risk control, and cross-functional team coordination to ensure successful project outcomes that meet quality, timeline, and business objectives.ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Delivery Lead software development projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to deployment. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. Develop and maintain detailed project plans to ensure successful project execution. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations. Coordinate project activities across the development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and post-release support.Stakeholder & Team Management Coordinate effectively between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams. Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities. Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication and escalations. Manage stakeholder expectations and proactively address concerns throughout project execution. Work closely with Technical Leads and engineering teams to clarify technical requirements, align implementation plans, and resolve technical dependencies.Risk & Quality Management Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary. Ensure deliverables meet business requirements, technical standards, and quality expectations. Support issue resolution and decision-making throughout project implementation. Process & Reporting Apply project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall based on project needs. Organize and facilitate project meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and status updates. Prepare and present project status reports, risk assessments, and performance metrics to management and stakeholders. Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational processes. Project Closure & Continuous Improvement Support project handover, deployment, training, and post-implementation activities. Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions. Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and team collaboration. Comply with the Information Security PolicyEnsure that activities within the department under their management comply with Information Security policies and procedures. Encourage department personnel to promptly report events that may pose Information Security risks or incidents. Actively cooperate with the Information Security team in risk management, achieving objectives, and implementing changes and improvements to the Information Security control system.RequirementsMandatory skills and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience managing software development or IT-related projects. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Proven experience in Agile/Scrum project management environments. Experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, and resources. Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills. Ability to identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues. Solid technical background in software development, with hands-on experience in a technical role such as Software Developer, QA Engineer, Technical Business Analyst, or Solution Analyst preferred.Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, system integration, and common software development practices.Ability to understand technical requirements, discuss implementation approaches with engineering teams, and assess technical dependencies and risks.Technical understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, and system integration concepts. Experience working closely with Development, QA, BA, and Product teams. Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms. Softs skills and others: Leadership and team coordination skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. Conflict resolution and negotiation skills. Organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Strong sense of ownership and accountability. English communication skills (written and verbal). PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certifications are a plus. Previous experience as a Developer, QA Lead, Business Analyst, or Solution Analyst is an advantage.
