Quality Assurance Specialist

Responsibilities

1. Quality Management System Support — Support the establishment and maintenance of the warehouse quality management system. Assist in drafting and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality inspection standards, and performance evaluation criteria under guidance, and ensure timely documentation and data recording.2. Quality KPI Monitoring — Collect and compile daily operational data on inventory accuracy, damage rate, loss rate, fulfillment timeliness, customer complaint rate, and other quality metrics. Maintain quality dashboards, and promptly flag abnormal fluctuations for supervisor review.3. Data Analysis & Reporting — Conduct routine data analysis and prepare regular quality reports. Identify data anomalies and preliminary discrepancies, and support deeper root cause investigation by more senior team members.4. Cross-functional Problem Solving — Participate in cross-functional discussions to support the identification and resolution of operational quality issues, following established resolution procedures.5. Quality Risk Monitoring & Incident Reporting — Monitor quality early-warning signals, promptly report major quality incidents and operational exceptions, and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements

1.Bachelor’s degree or above preferred; degrees in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields are preferred.2.1–3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or operations analysis. Experience in data collection, quality reporting, or lean/continuous improvement in e-commerce, 3PL, or manufacturing warehouse environments is a plus; recent graduates with relevant internships are also encouraged.3.Working knowledge of end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, storage, picking, packing, and outbound processes.4.Good analytical thinking with high data sensitivity; proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and basic data tools; ability to spot abnormal data points and report them clearly.5.English proficiency is a plus.
