RECEIVABLES ACCOUNTANT

WE ARE HIRING: RECEIVABLES ACCOUNTANTLocation: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-timeWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Receivables Accountant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage accounts receivable transactions and customer accounts.· Prepare and issue invoices, statements of accounts, and payment reminders.· Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with clients on overdue payments.· Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate financial records.· Prepare accounts receivable aging reports and collection reports.· Coordinate with the sales, project, and finance teams regarding billing and collections.· Record receipts and ensure timely posting of customer payments.· Assist with monthly closing and other accounting duties as required.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.· Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role.· Experience in the construction industry is an advantage.· Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.· Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.· Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.· High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
