As we continue to enhance our digital products and grow our mobile platforms, we are looking for a Reporting & Analytics Specialist to strengthen our data-driven approach by ensuring accurate app measurement, delivering actionable insights, and supporting product, growth, and monetization decisions.What You Will Do* Own the accuracy of app measurement: maintain the event tracking plan, validate GA4/Firebase and Adjust implementations, and work with developers to fix tracking gaps* Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards for product, growth and monetization teams* Reconcile data across analytics, attribution and ad revenue platforms, and explain discrepancies* Monitor app KPIs and proactively surface insights and recommendations* Run ad-hoc analyses to support business and monetization decisionsWhat You Need* 2–3 years of data analytics experience working directly on a mobile app, with a solid understanding of core app metrics* Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 and Firebase* Advanced Excel skills* Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets* Self-driven, organized, and able to own tasks end to endNice to Have* Experience with Adjust and ad monetization platforms* Experience with BI tools (Power BI)* Using AI tools effectively in daily workflows* Passion for sports and an understanding of sports audiences.
