The role involves overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, managing staff schedules, maintaining quality service standards, and driving customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing budgets, monitoring inventory, and implementing strategies to meet sales and profitability goals. The manager will also provide training and mentorship to team members while addressing customer inquiries and concerns.QualificationsStrong leadership, team management, and staff development skillsExperience in customer service, conflict resolution, and relationship managementProficiency in restaurant operations, inventory management, and budgetingKnowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene standardsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentPrevious experience in a supervisory or managerial role in hospitality or the restaurant industryBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageousFluency in multiple languages is a plus
