Rock My Wedding – CEO/ Entrepreneurial LeaderWe are seeking a commercially focused entrepreneur to lead Rock My Wedding through the next stage of its growth. Rock My Wedding is one of the most recognised and influential brands in the UK wedding industry. As a leading online media publication and digital platform it provides curated inspiration through high quality, trusted editorial and social content, alongside planning tools and a recommended supplier network, reaching millions of couples through its website and engaging with its 1.5 million social media followers. The objective is to significantly commercially scale Rock My Wedding over the next few years, leveraging Rock My Wedding’s reputation and social media presence. The ideal applicant will have a wealth of experience and a proven track record in the implementation of successful strategic commercial growth plans and the ability to consistently adapt to, and benefit from the ever evolving AI landscape. The role will require a deep understanding of the customer that will be shaped not only by behavioural data and research, but by experimenting with content, design and communication. This will include providing direction across content and audience development, ensuring these continue to support engagement, brand reputation and the wider growth of the business.You will manage a small, lean team and be responsible for cultivating a high-support high-expectation culture that balances trust with accountability and prioritise continual learning. You will be accountable for the business strategy, financial performance and operational performance of the business.Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 plus bonus and an equity participation.Predominantly home based with some UK and potentially international travel expected.
