Role Description The Director will lead strategic and operational initiatives to advance HaystackAnalytics’ distributed genomics ecosystem and its clinical applications. This full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai includes overseeing cross-functional teams, managing key projects and partnerships, and aligning product, operations, and commercialization efforts with organizational goals. The Director will collaborate with clinical, technical, and business stakeholders to shape roadmap priorities, optimize processes, and ensure high-quality delivery of genomic solutions. Responsibilities include setting performance objectives, monitoring outcomes, driving continuous improvement, and representing the organization with external partners, regulators, and customers. The Director will also contribute to building a strong organizational culture that supports innovation, ethical practices, and sustainable growth.QualificationsDemonstrated leadership experience in healthcare, genomics, life sciences, or health technology, with a track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.Strong strategic planning and execution skills, including experience with product or program roadmapping, operational efficiency, and data-informed decision-making.Solid understanding of clinical workflows, diagnostics, or genomics applications, and the ability to translate scientific and technical concepts into practical business and clinical strategies.Proficiency in stakeholder management, including collaboration with clinicians, partners, vendors, and internal teams, and experience negotiating and managing strategic alliances.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership, external partners, and diverse audiences.Experience in building and scaling processes, governance frameworks, and performance metrics in a growth-stage or innovation-focused organization.Advanced degree in business, healthcare management, life sciences, engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience in senior leadership roles will be considered.Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai and commit to a full-time schedule, with flexibility to engage across time zones and dynamic organizational needs.
