Sales Coordinator – Freight Forwarding (Dubai)Evol Middle East Cargo Services L.L.C. is a Dubai-based international freight forwarding and supply-chain company, part of the Logfret network. We serve clients across hospitality, events, food & beverage, oil & gas, luxury goods and more.We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Dubai office full time and work closely with our Director Commercial & Key Accounts.ResponsibilitiesManage existing key accounts and follow up on the pipelinePrepare proposals and quotations for freight forwarding servicesCoordinate sales activities with the operations team, from quote to job completionFollow up with operations on shipment status and client communicationFollow up on leads and keep the CRM and internal systems updatedHandle the full freight forwarding cycle across all our verticals, with a focus on UAE clientsRequirementsMinimum 4 years of experience in freight forwarding (5+ years preferred)Hands-on experience in sales coordination, quoting and proposalsWorking knowledge of CRM systemsFluent English; Arabic is an advantageBased in the UAE, or willing to relocateOperational mindset, ability to manage tight timelines, and a continuous learnerWhat we offerFull-time role, office-based in DubaiImmediate startCompetitive salary and benefits (to be discussed)Reports to: Director Commercial & Key AccountsHow to apply: send your CV to hr@evolcargo.com
