Sales Manager – Dubai📍 Location: DIP, Dubai, UAE💼 Industry: Office Automation / MFPs / IT Hardware / Managed Print Services A valid UAE driving license and own transport are mandatory.We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive business growth, expand market presence, and achieve revenue and gross margin targets across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and gross margin targets.Drive new business acquisition and maintain a strong sales pipeline.Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.Build and strengthen relationships with key enterprise and government customers.Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of UAE sales experience in Office Automation, MFPs, IT Hardware, or Managed Print Services.Strong knowledge of the UAE market and B2B sales.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Experience in team leadership, business development, negotiation, and closing deals.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
