Senior Architectural Site Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Site Engineer to oversee on-site architectural works, luxury finishes, façade coordination, and project handover activities for major construction projects.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise architectural works, including partitions, plastering, waterproofing, and high-end finishes.Oversee marble, stone, ceilings, glazing, metalwork, and joinery.Coordinate façade works and resolve interfaces with structural and MEP teams.Manage site teams, subcontractors, productivity, and daily progress reporting.Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.Coordinate inspections, snagging, and phased handovers.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.10+ years of hands-on architectural site execution experience.Strong experience in luxury commercial finishes and façade works.Proficiency in AutoCAD, technical drawings, and MEP coordination.Good technical communication skills in English.Saudi Council of Engineers registration where legally required.
