Senior Art Director

Key ResponsibilitiesArt direction: Define and maintain the visual style of projects, ensuring strong aesthetics and alignment with client briefs.Concept translation: Turn briefs into compelling visual directions for AR experiences, social media content, and campaigns.Design oversight: Review, refine, and approve visuals from the design team to guarantee quality and originality.Workflow ownership (design team): Manage timelines, priorities, and task distribution within the design department only to ensure projects are delivered on time.Collaboration: Work closely with motion designers, editors, 3D artists, and AR developers to create cohesive creative outputs.Client-facing support: Prepare and polish visual materials for presentations and client approvals.Mentorship: Guide and support designers, providing constructive feedback and encouraging growth in skills and creativity.Trend application: Stay current with design, AR, and social media trends, applying relevant techniques to enhance visual impact.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field5+ years of experience in a creative or digital agencyStrong portfolio showcasing campaigns across digital and social platformsExpert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)Solid understanding of motion graphics, 3D, and visual storytellingUp to date with design trends and social media content formatsExcellent leadership, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to guide creative teams and manage multiple projects under tight deadlinesStrong understanding of 3D design principles and workflows; experience collaborating with or working in 3D environments is a plus
