This role is ideal for someone who excels at bridging business and technology teams, driving requirements, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful solution delivery.What you'll bring:
- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience, including experience leading complex technology initiatives
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management
- Experience supporting testing, UAT, and end-to-end system implementations
- Background in Banking, Financial Services, Risk, Compliance, or Enterprise Platforms preferred
- Working knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOpsWhat you'll do:
- Lead business requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and process flows
- Collaborate with product owners, vendors, developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Support testing, defect management, UAT, and go-live activities
