Senior Contracts & Commercial Director

China State Construction middle a (CSCEC ME) is recruiting Senior Contracts & Commercial Director to lead the Contracts & commercial team in newly awarded Large Scale Projects in Dubai.

Duties and Responsibilities

Monitor contracts and solve contract-related problems with other parties and cooperation with internal depts.Present and communicate with stakeholders about the contract related matters, be a key person of project and work closely with project leaders.Maintain records for correspondence and documentation relative to contracts, deal with client, PMC, Consultant and Sub-contractors, Suppliers to maintain relationships, negotiate commercial and solve the variation works.Evaluate and execute a wide variety of different contracts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or QS15+ Years of relevant work experience
