Senior Controller

About the RoleOur client is looking for a Senior Executive to own cost control, strengthen internal governance, and support regional reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain reporting templates for variable and fixed costs, and review data submitted by functional teams before it goes into the reporting system.Calculate the in-warranty service provision and explain variances against budget, forecast and prior year.Review and update corporate control policies, communicate changes clearly across teams, and streamline work processes.Provide periodic inventory analysis (stock days, stock movement, slow-moving stock) and monitor loan stock.Deliver accurate and timely Forecast, Actual and Budget submission packages, and report company KPIs to management.Comply with confidentiality obligations, internal policies, tax regulations and accounting standards.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.3–5 years in Auditing, Controlling or FP&A, preferably in consumer electronics distribution.Experience in a multinational company or with group reporting is an advantage.Good knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards, taxation and finance.Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
