Senior GenAI Consultant

About the Project : (Note this role is project based)Duration : 8 months (extendable)Our client has run several GenAI proofs of concept and now needs to scale 3–5 of them into live, governed services within two quarters.The programme covers three workstreams:Use-case delivery – move priority use cases (citizen service assistant, internal knowledge search, document drafting and review) from pilot into production.AI governance – stand up a responsible AI framework aligned to UAE AI policy and data regulations.Operating model – design the AI Centre of Excellence that will own these services after the contract ends.What you'll do : Lead delivery of 3–5 GenAI use cases from business case to production go-liveRun use-case prioritization workshops with directors and executive sponsors, scoring value, feasibility and riskTranslate business needs into solution requirements for LLM, RAG and agentic AI builds, working with vendor engineersDefine success KPIs and track adoption and value realization after go-liveDraft the responsible AI framework: model risk, data privacy, human oversight and approval gatesDesign the AI CoE operating model: roles, governance forums, intake process and vendor managementProduce board-ready updates and steering committee packsCoach client staff so capability stays in-house after the contractWhat you bring : 7+ years in consulting, with at least 3 in AI, data or digital transformation at a Big 4 or strategy firm (Deloitte, EY, PwC / Strategy&, KPMG, Accenture, McKinsey, BCG, Kearney or similar)Current or recent Manager, Senior Manager or Associate Director titleHands-on delivery of at least one GenAI or LLM solution that reached production, not just a strategy deckWorking knowledge of LLMs, RAG, prompt design, vector databases and agentic workflows, enough to challenge vendor engineersExperience with at least one enterprise AI platform: Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI or similarTrack record presenting to C-suite and government stakeholdersGCC project experience, ideally with a public-sector clientBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business or related fieldNice to have but not must :Arabic language skillsPython, or hands-on prototyping in LangChain, LlamaIndex or similarKnowledge of UAE AI and data regulation, or ISO 42001 / NIST AI RMFCertifications such as Azure AI Engineer, AWS ML Specialty or Google Cloud MLPrior experience setting up an AI CoE or digital transformation officeIf you match the requirements above and are interested, hit the APPLY button.
