Senior Lawyer – Corporate M&A

We are working with an international law firm based in Dubai for a Lawyer to join their Corporate M&A team. The Role:The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Corporate & M&A team in the UAE, advising multinational corporations, sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions, private equity investors and public sector clients on complex domestic and cross-border transactions.The role will involve advising on public and private M&A, private equity investments, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and general corporate advisory matters. The successful candidate will also gain exposure to capital raisings, energy and infrastructure projects, and regulatory matters, working across sectors including technology, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, consumer goods and renewables. Essential Criteria:4-8 years’ PQE;Strong corporate law experience;Experience within an international firm;Arabic desirable but not essential;Willingness to mentor junior members of the firm;Strong communication skills;Team player;Technically excellent.
