Senior Merchandiser

We’re hiring at Elahe: two merchandising roles in HyderabadFor 25 years, Elahe has been one of India’s leading multi-designer stores. We have stores in Hyderabad and Kolkata and a growing online home at elahe.in. Our edit spans contemporary, occasion and everyday luxury, from labels including Tarun Tahiliani, Rohit Bal, Anamika Khanna, Ritika Mirchandani, Pankaj & Nidhi, Kshitij Jalori, Pero, Namrata Joshipura, Chandrima and many more.We’re scaling Elahe Urban and rebuilding Elahe Online, so we’re looking for two merchandisers. One will own what goes on our floors, and the other will own what goes on our screens.1️⃣ Retail Merchandiser, Elahe UrbanOwn the merchandising strategy across categories and stores, from seasonal buying plans to markdowns, replenishments and transfersRead sell-through, stock turns, ageing and margins, and act on themLead designer relationships and negotiations on commercials, exclusives, quantities and delivery timelinesPartner with store and VM teams so every store has the right product, at the right depth, at the right timeEquip store teams with product knowledge, pricing clarity and sellability insights2️⃣ E-Commerce Merchandiser, Elahe OnlineOwn the online assortment, including which designers, collections and styles go live, and whenPlan launches, drops and restocks with designers so new product reaches the site on timeMerchandise the storefront through homepage, collections, product placement and seasonal storiesEnsure every listing is accurate and complete, with clear product information, pricing, sizing and imageryTrack online sell-through, conversion and ageing stock, and drive replenishment, markdowns and visibility decisionsWork closely with the marketing, content and retail teams so online and in-store tell one storyWho we’re looking for (both roles)Experience in luxury or premium fashion merchandisingCommercial thinking with real respect for design and brand aestheticsHands-on, decisive and execution-driven, someone who solves problems rather than escalating themAs comfortable with customers and product as with numbers and reportsWhy ElaheYou’ll work alongside some of India’s most celebrated designers in a collaborative, design-led house.
