Join a business with deep technical roots, where your voice is heard, your impact is visible, and your career is part of a legacy of excellence.Your RoleAs a Senior Procurement Engineer, you will:Manage end-to-end procurement activities for EPC Oil & Gas projects, from requisition to deliveryReview and interpret technical specifications, MTOs, and project drawings in coordination with Engineering and Project teamsSource, evaluate, and negotiate with qualified vendors and suppliers in compliance with project and client requirementsPrepare and manage RFQs, bid evaluations, technical and commercial comparisons, and purchase ordersEnsure compliance with ADNOC / ARAMCO procurement standards, vendor approval lists, and contractual requirementsCoordinate with expediting, logistics, QA/QC, and construction teams to ensure on-time delivery of materials and equipmentMonitor procurement schedules, costs, and risks, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgetsSupport audits, vendor performance evaluations, and continuous improvement initiativesWhat We’re Looking ForExperience: Minimum 10+ years of procurement experience within EPC Oil & Gas projectsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related discipline.Expertise: Solid technical knowledge of Oil & Gas equipment, bulk materials, and packages, Strong understanding of contractual terms, commercial negotiations, and supplier management, Proficient in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred) and MS Office, Demonstrated experience on ADNOC and/or ARAMCO projects (strongly preferred), Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsWhat We OfferThe chance to contribute to some of GCC’s Oil and Gas EPC Mega projects.A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.Competitive salary and benefits package.Ready to be part of our team?If you’re inspired by what you’ve read and believe you’re the right fit, we’d love to hear from you.Join Target Engineering and Construction Co.
