We're Hiring | Senior Procurement Manager – Indirect MaterialsWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Procurement Manager – Indirect Materials to lead strategic sourcing, category management, supplier performance, and procurement transformation within a complex, multi-entity business environment.The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in indirect procurement, MRO, Capex, supplier negotiations, SAP, procurement governance, and business integration.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Sourcing & Category ManagementDevelop and execute category strategies for indirect materials, services, and capital expenditure.Lead sourcing initiatives covering MRO, facilities, IT, logistics support, professional services, and operational requirements.Manage end-to-end RFx processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP), supplier evaluations, and commercial negotiations.Conduct market intelligence, supplier benchmarking, and cost structure analysis.Supplier & Contract ManagementLead supplier selection, contract negotiations, and strategic supplier relationship management.Establish and monitor supplier performance through KPIs, SLAs, and periodic business reviews.Ensure contractual compliance and effective supplier risk management.Cost Optimization & Procurement GovernanceIdentify and deliver measurable cost savings through strategic sourcing, spend consolidation, and value engineering.Oversee the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle and ensure compliance with procurement policies and internal controls.Drive spend analytics, savings tracking, and procurement performance reporting.Procurement Integration & TransformationLead the integration of procurement activities across multiple business entities and newly acquired operations.Standardize sourcing processes, supplier agreements, procurement governance, and operating procedures.Support SAP procurement optimization, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives.Leadership & Stakeholder ManagementLead, coach, and develop a team of procurement professionals.Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, Legal, IT, and Supply Chain stakeholders.Translate operational requirements into effective sourcing strategies.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.9–10 years of progressive procurement experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial or senior sourcing role.Strong experience in indirect procurement categories, particularly services, MRO, Capex, facilities, and IT.Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, RFx management, supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost optimization.Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP procurement systems.Strong analytical, negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Preferred Qualifications & ExperienceMBA, Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, or CIPS certification.Experience managing procurement across multiple entities or business units.International sourcing and supplier management exposure.Experience in post-acquisition procurement integration and process harmonization.ApplyQualified candidates are encouraged to apply directly through this LinkedIn job posting.#Hiring #SeniorProcurementManager #IndirectProcurement #StrategicSourcing #CategoryManagement #CAPEX #MRO #ProcurementTransformation #SAP #SupplyChain #ProcurementLeadership
