Senior Project Director – Enterprise ERP TransformationAbout the OpportunityOracle is looking for an experienced Senior Project Director to lead large-scale enterprise ERP implementations and business transformation programs.This is a strategic, customer-facing leadership role where you will take full ownership of complex, multi-year engagements, manage senior customer relationships, and lead cross-functional consulting teams across different locations.Beyond project delivery, you will have the opportunity to develop consulting talent, strengthen delivery capabilities, and contribute to the future growth of Oracle Consulting.Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Kingdee, or other enterprise ERP platforms is welcome. Direct Oracle implementation experience is not mandatory.What You'll DoOwn end-to-end ERP program delivery, including project planning, budgets, resources, timelines, quality, risks, and successful go-live.Lead complex enterprise implementations across multiple business functions, technical workstreams, and delivery locations.Build trusted relationships with senior customer executives, including CIOs, CFOs, and business leaders.Lead executive steering committees, resolve critical escalations, and manage customer expectations.Lead, coach, and develop Project Managers and consulting teams across Hong Kong and offshore delivery locations.Oversee project financial performance, scope changes, commercial commitments, and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with consulting leadership to improve delivery excellence, strengthen customer relationships, and support business growth.What We're Looking ForSubstantial experience in IT consulting, systems integration, or enterprise ERP implementation, including senior project or program leadership.Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex, end-to-end ERP implementation projects.Strong experience managing project budgets, delivery resources, risks, governance, and multiple workstreams.Excellent executive stakeholder management, customer engagement, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated experience leading and developing multidisciplinary consulting or project delivery teams.Ability to coordinate onshore and offshore resources and manage complex stakeholder relationships.Nice to HaveRegional or multi-country ERP transformation experience.Background in a leading consulting firm, systems integrator, or enterprise technology provider.Exposure to consulting commercial management, business development, or practice leadership.PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certifications.Why Join Oracle?This is more than a traditional project delivery position.
