Site Architect | Prime Private Residences | Revit | Dubai | AED 20,000–25,000 per monthThe OpportunityOur client is a boutique architecture and interiors studio behind some of Dubai's most significant private homes. Their residences run to tens of thousands of square feet, with materials sourced from across the world and no detail left to the contractor's interpretation.They are now delivering one of a select group of ultra-prime villas. The budgets are exceptional. So is the standard. They need a Site Architect to ensure what gets built is exactly what was designed.The RoleBe the studio's eyes, ears and authority on site, protecting design intent from structure through to final finish.Work daily with the main contractor and specialist packages, including joinery, stone, metalwork and glazing.Review shop drawings, samples and mock-ups, signing off nothing that falls short.Manage RFIs, site instructions and design changes, keeping the Revit model and drawing set current.Bridge the gap between site and studio, resolving detail problems quickly and properly.Lead inspections, quality checks and snagging through to handover.This role is not for everyone.You must have worked on bespoke, one-off luxury homes: private residences designed for a single client, where nothing is standard and every detail is resolved.Developer-led residential, multi-unit schemes and commercial fit-out, however polished, will not be enough.This is also a Revit-first role. The studio runs every project in Revit. You need to be fluent. This is your toolset.Very few roles in Dubai come close to this one.
