This is an excellent opportunity for experienced specialists seeking career growth, a competitive salary, and a rewarding professional environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage ear, nose, throat, and related head and neck conditionsEvaluate and treat sinusitis, tonsillitis, allergic rhinitis, hearing loss, and ear infectionsPerform ENT procedures, including nasal endoscopy, laryngoscopy, and otoscopyConduct tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty, and functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS), where appropriately trained and credentialedDiagnose and manage voice disorders, swallowing difficulties, and upper airway conditionsEvaluate and treat vertigo, tinnitus, balance disorders, and other otological conditionsInterpret diagnostic investigations, including audiometry, tympanometry, CT scans, MRI, and endoscopic findingsManage ENT emergencies, including epistaxis, foreign bodies, and acute airway-related conditionsDevelop individualized medical and surgical treatment plans and provide appropriate follow-up careCollaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, pediatricians, radiologists, and other multidisciplinary specialistsEnsure compliance with DHA regulations, ENT clinical protocols, infection control, and patient safety standardsRequirementsQualificationsMBBS/MD or equivalent recognized medical degreeRecognized postgraduate qualification in Otolaryngology / ENT / Head & Neck SurgeryBoard certification or equivalent recognized specialist-level qualificationAmerican Board, UK, Canadian, Australian, European, or other internationally recognized qualifications are highly desirableMinimum 3-5 years of relevant post-specialization experience preferred, subject to applicable licensing requirementsStrong expertise in ENT diagnostics, endoscopic procedures, and medical or surgical management of ENT disordersExcellent clinical judgment, communication, and patient management skillsEligible for DHA Specialist ENT / Otolaryngology classification/license in Dubai, subject to applicable UAE PQR requirements and clinical privilegesBenefitsCompetitive salary package and attractive employment benefitsOpportunity to work in a leading healthcare facility in DubaiModern ENT diagnostic facilities and advanced medical technologiesMedical insurance and annual leave, subject to applicable employment termsExcellent career growth and professional development opportunitiesLicensing assistance available for eligible candidates
