About the roleThe Medical City Iloilo is seeking a talented Specialist - Organization Effectiveness / Employee Experience to join our Human Capital Management team. This role will help shape a positive employee experience, strengthen our employer brand, and support initiatives that build a more engaged, connected, and effective workplace. You will collaborate with employees, leaders, and different departments to develop meaningful programs, communications, learning initiatives, and organizational strategies aligned with our culture and business goals.Key responsibilitiesDrive employee engagement: Design, implement, and evaluate employee engagement programs, events, recognition initiatives, and activities that promote connection, collaboration, and a positive workplace culture.Strengthen employer branding: Develop employer branding strategies and content that showcase The Medical City Iloilo as an employer of choice and ensure consistent messaging throughout the employee and recruitment journey.Lead internal communications: Create engaging announcements, campaigns, newsletters, employee stories, employee communications, and other content that keep employees informed and connected.Create digital and social media content: Develop compelling and well-written content, captions, articles, employee stories, recruitment features, and other write-ups for LinkedIn and other relevant digital platforms that highlight the organization, its people, culture, workplace, career opportunities, and employee experiences.Facilitate trainings and seminars: Plan, develop, coordinate, and facilitate employee trainings, seminars, workshops, and learning sessions related to employee engagement, organizational culture, communication, customer service, professional development, and other organizational needs.Develop learning materials: Create training presentations, facilitator guides, learning materials, communication materials, and other resources to support employee development and organizational initiatives.Gather and analyze employee insights: Conduct surveys, focus groups, feedback activities, and other employee listening initiatives. Analyze engagement data and employee feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Support organizational effectiveness: Assist in initiatives related to organizational culture, employee experience, change management, organizational development, learning and development, and continuous improvement.Manage employer brand channels: Collaborate with relevant teams in managing social media and digital content that highlights our people, culture, workplace, career opportunities, employee activities, and organizational milestones.Partner with stakeholders: Work closely with HR teams, department leaders, employees, and other stakeholders to support organizational programs, strategic initiatives, training activities, and employee communications.About youBachelor's degree in psychology, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Organizational Development, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, employer branding, organizational development, learning and development, internal communications, or related functions.Strong understanding of employee engagement, organizational culture, employee experience, employer branding, and learning and development.Proven ability to facilitate trainings, seminars, workshops, and employee development activities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong ability to create compelling, professional, and engaging content.Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to develop LinkedIn posts, employee stories, recruitment content, organizational announcements, captions, articles, and other HR-related write-ups.Experience in developing training presentations, learning materials, communication campaigns, and other employee-facing content.Strong project management, analytical, interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital communication/social media platforms; experience with HRIS, engagement tools, learning platforms, content creation tools, or data analytics is an advantage.Able to manage multiple priorities independently while working effectively with different teams and levels of the organization.About usThe Medical City Iloilo is an organization that believes a strong employee experience is essential to delivering excellence in healthcare.
