The company offers a complete financial services spectrum ranging from equity, equity derivatives, Commodities derivatives, Depository services, Insurance broking, Currency derivatives and distribution of mutual funds.ResponsibilitiesPlan and conduct webinars for prospective clients.Present the product, trading solutions, and value proposition in a simple and engaging manner.Handle live questions and objections during webinars.Track webinar performance, attendance, engagement, and conversions.Continuously improve webinar content and presentation based on audience feedback and conversion data.Conduct 1:1 sessions with clients who attend the webinar.Understand the client's trading goals, experience, strategy, and requirements.Recommend the appropriate product/platform/setup based on the client's needs.Explain the complete process from account opening to starting live trading.Handle client queries and objections and move qualified prospects toward activation.Work closely with the Marketing team to create and execute pre-webinar and post-webinar campaigns.Suggest campaign ideas based on client questions, objections, and behaviour.Help create educational content, WhatsApp campaigns, emails, reminders, and follow-up communication.Ensure leads are properly nurtured before the webinar and re-engaged after the webinar.Provide regular feedback to Marketing on lead quality and client requirements.Guide and support the Account Opening team in converting webinar leads into active clients.Track account-opening status and follow up on pending cases. Ensure clients receive the right information and documentation support during the account-opening process.Identify bottlenecks and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quicklyQualificationsAny graduate or Post graduateCandidates with experience in stock broking, trading platforms, algo trading, fintech, wealth-tech, or financialproducts will be preferred.Experience 2-5 years Salary Upto 4lpa
