Job Profile:The role of Talent Acquisition Manager oversees the full recruitment lifecycle across all levels, developing innovative strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring efficient processes aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding, with a focus on Emirati and expat positions.Develop and continually refine talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational growth.Collaborate with Head of Departments to ensure recruitment efforts are proactive and effectively address the departmental needsManage candidate screening, interviews, assessment, selection and feedback, ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experienceMaintain accurate recruitment data and ensure hiring activity is delivered in line with recruitment governance and standards.Drive or take part in various HR projects and initiatives

Requirements

3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitmentBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent qualification).Demonstrated expertise in direct sourcing, and stakeholder management.Experience managing external recruitment partners and supporting strategic talent acquisition projects.Experience managing external recruitment partners and supporting strategic talent acquisition projects.
