Technical Product Owner

Experience: 10+ years Domain Preference: Airline / Travel / Transportation / Mobility / LogisticsKey Responsibilities & Skills:10+ years’ experience in Product Management / Technical Product Management, preferably within large-scale digital transformation programmes.Own customer-facing digital products across the full lifecycle, from discovery and requirements to launch and continuous improvement.Translate business/customer needs into product capabilities, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and functional/non-functional requirements.Own and prioritise the product backlog, MVP and product roadmap/increments based on business value, customer impact and technical dependencies.Strong technical understanding of web/mobile applications, REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, cloud-native platforms and enterprise integrations.Experience managing complex booking/transactional journeys, including availability, eligibility, fulfilment, amendments, cancellations, payments, notifications and exception handling.Work closely with Engineering, Solution Architecture, UX/UI, QA, Security and Business teams.Define and track product KPIs, including adoption, customer experience, conversion, operational efficiency, service reliability and revenue measures.Strong Agile/Scrum experience including backlog refinement, sprint/release planning, UAT, go-live and hypercare.Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.Experience managing third-party vendors, cross-team dependencies and system integrations.Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.Experience using AI tools for Product Management is desirable.
