Telemedicine Physician (CA-licensed)

Mary Health is building primary care for everyone, at scale. We combine AI, clinical software, and physical health terminals so patients can get care online, at home, and in their communities.What you'll do:See primary care patients by video and through community health terminals.Serve many Medi-Cal, Hispanic, and Black patients in California.Work with promotoras and community health workers for follow-up.What you need:An active, unrestricted California medical license (MD/DO).Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.Spanish is a big plus.Comfort with telehealth and new tools.What we offer:Independent contractor (1099) or employed options.You set your hours: per-shift, part-time, or full-time.AI tools that cut charting time.Pay for MD/DO: $120 to $150 per hour, based on experience.Spanish speakers earn $10 more per hour.Weekend and evening shifts earn $15 more per hour.Malpractice: we pay for your coverage at $1M/$3M limits, claims-made with tail coverage.Apply: f.davis@maryhealth.co
