Location: Dubai, UAE — On-siteAvailability: Immediate joiners onlyExperience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experienceAbout Division50Division50 is a Dubai-based lead generation and digital marketing company helping businesses attract customers and grow through paid advertising, social media, content production, and sales solutions.We are looking for a Videographer & Social Media Content Creator who combines strong production skills with an understanding of what makes content engaging, relevant, and effective.About The RoleYou will take ownership of video content from concept to final edit, working closely with our marketing team and clients to create content for social media and advertising campaigns.A key part of this role is confidently directing clients on camera—guiding them on what to say, how to present themselves, and how to communicate their message naturally.

You should be comfortable identifying what needs improvement and providing practical feedback throughout the shoot.Key Responsibilities Plan, film, and edit high-quality videos for social media and paid advertising campaigns Translate client briefs and marketing objectives into video concepts, hooks, scripts, and talking points Guide clients on posing, posture, facial expressions, eye contact, tone, pacing, and delivery Help clients feel comfortable and confident on camera, including those with no previous filming experience Identify unclear messaging, awkward delivery, or unsuitable visuals and recommend improvements during filming Manage shoot preparation, including shot lists, equipment, lighting, audio, backgrounds, and framing Produce platform-appropriate videos with engaging openings, clear storytelling, captions, and calls to action Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content reflects each client's brand, audience, and campaign goals Keep up with social media formats and creative trends, applying them where relevant to the client Manage footage, revisions, and deadlines across multiple client projectsRequirements Minimum 3 years of experience in videography, video editing, and social media content creation A strong portfolio demonstrating short-form videos, branded content, and client-facing projects Proven ability to direct and coach people on camera Strong understanding of social media storytelling, audience engagement, and content for paid advertising Proficiency in professional video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent Strong practical knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and audio recording Confident communication skills and the ability to give clear, constructive feedback to clients Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver consistently within deadlines Digital marketing agency experience is preferred Must currently be based in the UAE, available to work on-site in Dubai, and able to join immediately
