Location: Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-TimeWorking Days: 6 Days a Week | 1 Rotational Weekly OffAccommodation: Live-in | Single Accommodation ProvidedAbout the RoleWe are hiring an experienced Butler / Villa Operations Manager / Hospitality Operations Manager to manage the complete day-to-day operations of a luxury private villa in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, for a high-profile business family.The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in luxury hospitality management, hotel operations, private villa management, estate management, restaurant operations, or multi-outlet F&B management.

The role involves managing front-of-house and back-of-house operations, supervising 30+ employees, coordinating multiple departments, and ensuring exceptional guest services, VIP hospitality, and high standards of property management.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complete private villa operations, including housekeeping, kitchen operations, food and beverage, security, transportation, maintenance, and guest relations.Lead and supervise 30+ staff members across multiple departments, including housekeeping, culinary, F&B service, security, drivers, and support teams.Oversee daily hospitality operations, property management, staff scheduling, workforce planning, and operational coordination.Manage front-of-house and back-of-house operations while maintaining luxury service standards.Handle VIP guest services, private household management, guest relations, and personalised hospitality experiences.Coordinate private events, household activities, guest requirements, logistics, and special arrangements.Work closely with department heads to monitor staff performance, service quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with hygiene, health and safety, housekeeping, and service standards.Handle operational challenges, resolve guest concerns, and ensure seamless day-to-day functioning of the property.Maintain complete confidentiality and discretion while working with high-profile individuals and UHNW families.Report directly to the Head of Operations on villa management, team performance, and operational activities.Required Experience & SkillsMinimum 10+ years of experience in Luxury Hospitality, Hotel Operations, Butler Services, Private Villa Management, Estate Management, or Restaurant Operations.Experience as a Butler Manager, Head Butler, Villa Manager, Estate Manager, Hotel Operations Manager, Hospitality Manager, Restaurant General Manager, or F&B Operations Manager.Strong experience managing large teams of 30+ employees across multiple operational functions.Experience in managing luxury hotels, premium hospitality properties, private residences, luxury villas, or multiple restaurant outlets.Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, kitchen management, F&B operations, guest relations, security coordination, and facilities management.Experience handling VIP guests, HNIs, UHNW clients, or high-profile families will be highly preferred.Excellent leadership, staff management, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple departments and maintain exceptional service standards under pressure.Must be willing to work 6 days a week with one rotational weekly off.Must be comfortable with a live-in arrangement at the private villa.
