Job DescriptionWe are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Academic Advisor to join our team. You will help students understand their study options, guide them through university applications, and support them throughout the admission process.No previous experience is required, and fresh graduates are welcome. Comprehensive training and practical guidance will be provided.Key Responsibilities

• Advise students on universities, courses, and study destinations based on their interests, qualifications, and goals.
• Explain admission requirements, application procedures, and deadlines.
• Prepare and submit applications and check supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Follow up with students, universities, and educational partners.
• Communicate with students and parents and respond to their enquiries.
• Maintain accurate student records and track application progress.
• Coordinate with the team to support students throughout the process.
• Stay informed about university programmes and admission requirements.Requirements
• Fluent in Arabic.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, approachable attitude and a willingness to help others.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines.
