In this part-time remote role, you will teach relevant accounting and finance subjects, explain technical concepts, develop learning materials, and guide students through examination preparation.The ideal candidate has a strong accounting background, excellent teaching abilities, and the ability to make challenging topics understandable through clear explanations and practical examples.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver online tutoring sessions covering relevant ACCA examination subjects and accounting principles.Teach financial accounting, management accounting, financial reporting, audit, taxation, and performance management topics according to subject expertise.Explain accounting standards, financial regulations, reporting procedures, and examination concepts.Develop lesson plans, study notes, practice questions, mock examinations, and revision materials.Guide students through examination techniques, question analysis, and effective study strategies.Use practical business scenarios and case studies to connect theoretical knowledge with professional accounting practices.Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas requiring additional support.Monitor learning progress and adapt teaching methods to individual student needs.Stay informed about ACCA syllabus updates, examination formats, and relevant accounting standards.Provide academic guidance and respond to students' accounting-related questions.Maintain organized learning records, attendance information, and progress reports.Recommend improvements to course content and online teaching methods.RequirementsAt least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, auditing, financial reporting, finance, or professional education preferred.A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.ACCA membership, affiliate status, or progress toward the ACCA qualification is an advantage.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, management accounting, and relevant professional standards.Previous experience tutoring, teaching, or mentoring accounting students is preferred.Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional skills.Ability to explain complex accounting concepts clearly using practical examples.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and online teaching or presentation platforms.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage lessons and student progress independently.What We OfferFlexible part-time work in a fully remote setting.Opportunities to support aspiring accountants and finance professionals.A professional learning environment that values expertise, knowledge-sharing, and continuous development.Collaboration with learners and professionals from diverse backgrounds.The opportunity to contribute to professional accounting education and ACCA examination preparation.
