As we expand our presence in the [Region] territory, we are looking for a driven sales leader to take our cardiac surgery and critical care product lines to the next level.Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive the sales of Ace CathTech's Cardiac Surgery and Critical Care product portfolio. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with Cardiothoracic Surgeons, Perfusionists, Intensivists, and Hospital Procurement teams, while leading a team of sales executives to achieve territory targets.
Key Responsibilities
· Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets for the Cardiac Surgery and Critical Care product portfolio across assigned territory.· Product Portfolio Management: Promote products including cardiac surgery consumables, cannulae, perfusion products, oxygenators, Heart Valves,critical care consumables, and monitoring accessories. · Key Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with CTVS surgeons, cardiac OT teams, perfusionists, ICU heads, and hospital purchase departments.· Team Leadership: Set targets and monitor performance.· Clinical Engagement: Conduct product presentations, in-service training, and clinical demonstrations for surgeons, nurses, and ICU staff.· Tender & Institutional Sales: Manage hospital and government tenders, rate contracts, and institutional accounts.· Market Intelligence: Track competitor activity, pricing, and new product launches in the cardiac surgery and critical care space.· Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with marketing, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.Qualifications & Requirements:· Education: Bachelor's degree in Science, Perfusion Pharmacy, or Business.· Experience: 5–8 years of medical device sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.· Therapeutic Area: Prior experience in Cardiac Surgery and/or Critical Care products is strongly preferred. Knowledge of cardiac OT workflows, perfusion, and ICU environments is a plus.· Network: Established relationships with cardiac surgeons, perfusionists, intensivists, and hospital procurement teams in the region.· Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
