Audit Associate

Job DescriptionConduct operational and compliance audits across all logistics activities, including warehouse management, fleet operations, delivery routing, and inventory control.Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure consistent implementation in accordance with company policies and industry best practices.Collect, analyze, and systematically document audit data and supporting evidence to ensure accurate and reliable audit findings.Identify potential risks, internal control weaknesses, and instances of non-compliance across operational processes.Prepare clear, constructive audit reports with practical and actionable recommendations for improvement to department heads.Monitor and follow up on agreed-upon audit action plans to ensure timely and effective implementation by the relevant teams.Conduct preliminary investigative audits when potential fraud, operational inefficiencies, or SOP violations are identified.Collaborate closely with operational, finance, and management teams throughout the audit process to ensure effective execution and cross-functional coordination.Maintain strict confidentiality of data and uphold the highest standards of independence, integrity, and objectivity in all audit activities.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in internal or external auditing. Experience in the logistics, warehousing, or transportation industry is a strong advantage.Willingness to travel for business purposes, including visits to warehouses, logistics hubs, and branch offices, and to work overtime when necessary to meet critical audit deadlines.Solid understanding of internal control frameworks, risk assessment, and standard audit methodologies.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, particularly advanced Microsoft Excel.Ability to analyze complex operational data and translate it into clear, accurate, and actionable audit findings.
