Key Responsibilities
Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct gap analysis, impact assessment, and process mapping.Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and acceptance criteria.Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and UAT activities.Support solution design discussions and ensure alignment with business objectives.Work closely with QA teams during testing and validation phases.Track and manage requirement changes and ensure proper documentation.Required Skills & Experience:8-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets and/or Asset Management.Strong understanding of investment management, portfolio management, securities, equities, fixed income, derivatives, and trade lifecycle.Experience in front-office, middle-office, or back-office processes.Expertise in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.Ability to work effectively with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Interested candidates can send their updated resume to Dhivya.Natarajan@carecone.com.au orreach me @ M: 61283195529
