Business Consultant, Compliance & RegTech Delivery | CasablancaA global RegTech business that has spent the better part of two decades becoming the compliance backbone behind more than 1,500 banks and financial institutions in 80 countries, catching money laundering, fraud and sanctions risk before it becomes a regulator’s problem, is looking for hire employee number 2 in their new Morocco office. Banks around the world, run their core AML, KYC and fraud operations on this platform every day, and the business just made its first technical hire into Casablanca this month. This role is the next step in building a genuine presence there, not a single outpost, serving clients across the North, West and Central African region. What you’ll do:Act as trusted advisor to banking and financial institution clients through full implementation of the compliance platformRun client workshops to capture regulatory and operational requirements, and turn them into clear specificationsConfigure business rules, workflows, reports and data logic to match each client’s needsDeliver end-user training so client teams can run the platform with confidenceFeed field insight back to Product and Pre-Sales so the next rollout moves fasterWhat you’ll bring:Banking background, with compliance experience ideally touching AML or KYC directlyGenuine client-facing experience, not back-office or internal-onlyStrong articulation: credible in the room translating between compliance officers and engineersFluent English, French and ArabicDegree in business, economics, finance, law or business informaticsOpenness to roughly 30% travel
