- Drive cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
- Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure business priorities stay on track.
- Track progress, identify risks, and help resolve blockers.
- Support the COO with strategic initiatives, business planning, and special projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and ways of working.
- Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and business reviews.
- Conduct research and analysis to support business decisions.
- Recommend practical ways technology and AI can improve productivity and efficiency.We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience in Business Operations, Consulting, Strategy, Project Management, Founder's Office, Program Management, or similar roles.
- Is highly organized and enjoys managing multiple priorities.
- Thinks analytically and approaches problems in a structured way.
- Has excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Takes ownership and follows through until work is complete.
- Is curious, proactive, and always looking for better ways to do things.
- Is comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint/Google Workspace.
- Is familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot and is eager to learn new technologies.Why Join Us?
