Responsibilities

Monitor and review the internal regulations proposed by Respective LeadersMonitor and review the internal regulation in accordance with management direction.Monitor and review of the revision or update of internal regulation that has been set.Foster compliance of regulations of all employees through monitoring and evaluation.Headquarter coordinator regarding the information of updated Indonesia Internal Regulation.Supervise Mapping Business Process for all Sales & Distribution Cluster to support all business process running well.Identifying the risk of business process that already mapped.Recommend solution regarding business process need to be improved to respective leaders.Headquarter coordinator regarding the information of updated Indonesia Business Process

Requirements

Minimum Education Bachelor’s Degree all field of study, Industrial engineering/Business management Business are preferred.Minimum of 2 year in Business Process/Quality Management are preferred.Understand the operation of Microsoft Word and VisioUnderstand the standard practice of creating a coherent flowchart of Business Process of the Company.Knowledge of Risk Management, to be mapping on the risk register, and applicate on the businessKnowledge of Implementation of ISO 9001:2015 running on the Business
