Location: Gurgaon Head OfficeExperience: 2–6 years post-MBAQualification: MBA / PGDM from a reputed instituteWork Mode: Full-time | Work from OfficeOpenings: 3–4What You’ll Work On

• Diagnose business problems through structured analysis and Root Cause Analysis
• Redesign processes, SOPs, RACIs and workflows
• Identify opportunities for automation, GenAI and AI-led transformation
• Build quick prototypes and Proof of Concepts
• Work closely with Business, BI and IT teams
• Drive UAT, implementation and adoption of transformation initiatives
• Track business impact across growth, margin and cost
• Prepare CXO-ready presentations, dashboards and leadership communicationWhat We’re Looking For Strong business acumen and structured problem-solving skillsCross-functional exposure across commercial, operations or support functionsExperience in process mapping and gap analysisStrong Excel skills with working knowledge of SQL, Python or Power BI/TableauHands-on exposure to GenAI, automation or AI-based workflowsExcellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skillsConsulting / Strategy / CEO Office / Transformation PMO experience is a plusRetail experience is NOT mandatory — we are looking for strong business thinkers with a transformation mindset.Why Join V2 Retail?
