We are looking for a warm, energetic Restaurant Supervisor to join our pre-opening team and lead the floor during every service.The RoleReporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will supervise daily front-of-house operations, lead the service team on the floor, and make sure every guest enjoys a warm, seamless experience.Key responsibilities:Guest ExperienceWelcome and engage with guests, ensuring prompt and attentive serviceHandle feedback and complaints professionally and efficientlyMaintain Dhaba's standards in service, presentation and ambienceOperationsSupervise each shift and coordinate between the service, kitchen and bar teamsPrepare for every service, including briefings, table setup, reservations and cleanlinessManage floor flow during busy periods to keep service running smoothlySupport the Restaurant Manager with shift planning, stock checks and reportingEnsure health, hygiene and safety standards are followed at all timesTeam LeadershipLead, train and motivate the service team to deliver outstanding hospitalityRun daily briefings and on-the-job training for new team membersDelegate tasks efficiently across shiftsBuild a positive, respectful team cultureWhat You Bring3–4 years' experience as a Supervisor or Senior Server in premium casual or fine diningStrong leadership, organisation and communication skillsA genuine guest-first mindset and good problem-solving skillsWorking knowledge of POS, cash handling and reservation systemsFluent English; Arabic or Hindi is a plusProfessional presence and strong interpersonal skillsUAE restaurant experience preferredWhat We OfferCompetitive salary plus service chargeTraining and development to support your career growthOpportunities to grow with the Dhaba brandA dynamic, multicultural teamHow to ApplyApply directly through LinkedIn Easy Apply.
