Certified Athletic Trainer needed for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with Yoh's occupational health clinic client located in Blue Springs, MS. Start as soon as possible. New graduates are encouraged to apply!This position is located at a manufacturing company with an onsite clinic that provides occupational, primary, and preventive care services for employees. The Athletic Trainer will support approximately 10-15 patients through routine wellness and injury-prevention touchpoints. You will work alongside the clinical team to provide injury prevention, first aid, general wellness services, and health promotion. This role also includes non-appointment-based activities on the production floor, evaluating the physical demands of job tasks, and leading group fitness, stretching, and educational classes.Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM-11:00 PM (Second opening available: Monday-Friday 6:00AM-2:30PM)Top Skills You Should Possess:Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) - BOC CertifiedCurrent Mississippi Athletic Trainer LicenseExperience in occupational health and safety; knowledge of current OSHA regulations preferredExperience with ergonomics preferredWhat You'll Be Doing:Develop and implement an early intervention program by performing comprehensive musculoskeletal examinations, providing first aid in accordance with OSHA standards, and educating employees on injury preventionPerform physical demand and ergonomic assessments to identify high-risk tasks and recommend preventive strategiesLead group and individual training sessions focused on functional movement, job simulation, and injury prevention programsCollaborate with onsite medical and safety teams to coordinate care and recommend workplace countermeasuresDocument assessments, recommendations, and outcomes in a timely and accurate mannerMaintain patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentationParticipate in meetings and task forcesWhat You Need to Bring to the Table:Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited Athletic Training Education ProgramActive BLS/CPR certification (hands-on courses only)Current annual TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON Gold test)Passion for promoting health and well-being in the workplacePositive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a teamWhat's In It for You?:Excellent work-life balance with predictable hours and no weekends or holidaysUnique, interesting, and rewarding work environment where you can make a real difference in keeping workers safe, healthy, and productiveOpportunity to be part of a mission-driven company that prioritizes collaborationKnow a Great Healthcare Professional Looking for Work?
