WHAT WE OFFER: We treat people fairly and with dignity, keeping a healthy perspective about life and work and fostering a positive and enjoyable work environment with appealing benefits as below:A competitive monthly salary13th month Tet bonus & bi-annual performance bonus12 Annual Leaves + 2 Sick Leaves + 1 Birthday LeaveAnnual salary reviewAttractive employee awards: Employee of Year, Semi-Annual outstanding employeeSocial insurance and healthcare insurance upon Vietnam Labor CodePTI insurance package, and annual health checkAn open culture that spurs creativity, innovation, and inclusivityDiverse activities to foster relationships, including company trips, year-end party, employees’ birthdaysAn open-space office, a cafeteria, and a range of modern equipmentOther allowances from referrals and special occasions (weddings, seniority, and new-born baby)WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Lead Monthly Closing, Annual Closing.Monitor financial performance, pricing, and margins, and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.Monitor and ensure that departmental expenses remain in line with the approved budget.Partner with business leaders to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.Prepare and review financial statements, tax filings, and statutory reports, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders.Manage financial risks and corporate governance practices; maintain internal controls and drive process improvement initiatives.Support strategic initiatives including business expansion, investment evaluation, and organizational growth.Lead, develop, and strengthen the finance organization and team capabilities.Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of accounting records.Act as the company‘s registered Chief Accountant under the Law on Accounting, including signing financial statements and safeguarding accounting records.Lead annual statutory audits and tax finalization (CIT, PIT), and handle tax inspections.Manage related-party transactions and transfer pricing documentation in line with Vietnamese regulations.Periodically review and update existing accounting policies and procedures, and develop new policies as required by business needs and regulatory changes.Maintain the chart of accounts and ensure consistent application of accounting policies across the company.Manage cash flow, payments, accounts receivable, and accounts payable activities.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Bachelor‘s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.At least 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a Chief Accountant or Accounting Manager role. Chief Accountant Certificate as required by local regulations.In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), Vietnamese tax regulations, budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls; familiarity with IFRS is a plus.Experience managing month-end closing, audits, and statutory compliance.Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.Professional English communication skills.WORK LOCATION: Onsite at The District Building, 159C De Tham, Cau Ong Lanh Ward, HCMCWORKING HOURS: 9AM - 6PM (Mon - Fri)
