The ideal candidate will bring strong strategic leadership, commercial expertise, and a proven track record of driving business performance, profitability, and sustainable growth.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the company’s business strategy, vision, and long-term growth plans.Lead overall business operations, ensuring financial performance, profitability, and operational excellence.Drive revenue growth, business development, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.Oversee business performance across healthcare, Cosmetic and Medical technology.Establish and monitor business objectives, budgets, KPIs, and performance targets.Ensure effective corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.Identify new business opportunities, strategic investments, and avenues for expansion.Report to the Board of Directors on business performance, strategic initiatives, and growth opportunities.🔹 RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Medicine, Healthcare Management, or a related fieldMinimum 15 years of professional experience, with substantial experience in senior executive leadership with in Dubai in Cosmetic and Medical technology or related industries.Excellent leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
