Most people will read this and decide it’s not for them. We’re looking for the person who doesn’t.Blackpool Teaching Hospitals is at the bottom of the National Oversight Framework. We won’t dress that up. It serves a town with massive opportunity and massive deprivation, and for lots of reasons the hospital has struggled in recent years to provide the services it wants to for its population.The Trust knows what it needs to do, and it’s working hard to get there. It now needs a Chief Operating Officer to help make it happen.Why this role?This is a chance to define your executive career.
