This is an exciting opportunity to lead projects, manage site teams, and play a key role in the continued growth of a successful business.The RoleAs a Civils Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of one or more projects, overseeing operational, commercial, programme and health & safety performance throughout the project lifecycle.Projects will include:Roads & SewersIndustrial CivilsBuilding & Infrastructure WorksReinforced Concrete StructuresEarthworksKey ResponsibilitiesFull project responsibility from planning through to completionManaging site teams, subcontractors and suppliersEnsuring projects are delivered on time and within budgetMonitoring commercial performance and project costsMaintaining the highest standards of health, safety and qualityLiaising with clients, consultants and key stakeholdersProducing progress reports and project updatesIdentifying and managing project risks and opportunitiesAbout YouWe're looking for an ambitious and proactive professional with strong leadership and communication skills who is keen to progress their career within an established and growing organisation.Essential RequirementsProven experience managing civil engineering projectsStrong background in roads & sewers, RC works, earthworks and industrial civilsValid and in-date CSCS/CPCS CardSMSTS QualificationExcellent organisational and communication skillsCommercial awareness and project management capabilityFull UK Driving Licence
