Client Operations & Success Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

About the RoleWe're looking for Mandarin-speaking professionals to join the client operations and success team of a growing technology company transforming restaurant operations through AI-powered ordering solutions.This is a client-facing opportunity that combines operational problem-solving, implementation, onboarding and relationship management. You'll work closely with restaurant clients to ensure their menus and ordering systems are accurately configured, new clients have a smooth onboarding experience, and existing clients continue to receive value from the platform.Depending on your experience and strengths, you'll focus on product implementation, client onboarding or ongoing customer success.What You'll DoWork directly with restaurant clients to understand their operational needs, clarify requirements and resolve queries.Ensure restaurant menus, pricing, promotions, item availability, modifiers and other details are accurately reflected in the company's system.Support new client onboarding by gathering information, coordinating implementation and ensuring the system is ready for launch.Conduct quality checks, identify inconsistencies and troubleshoot issues to maintain accurate ordering experiences.Build strong client relationships and coordinate with internal teams to address client needs.Manage ongoing account requirements, including service coordination, billing queries and regular client check-ins.Identify opportunities to improve client experience, strengthen retention and introduce additional products or services where relevant.Take ownership of issues, follow through on resolutions and continuously look for ways to improve operational processes.What We're Looking ForFluent in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate confidently with clients in both languages.Strong analytical thinking and excellent attention to detail.Good communication and rapport-building skills.A proactive problem-solver who can understand complex requirements and translate them into practical solutions.Comfortable managing multiple priorities, coordinating with different stakeholders and taking ownership of outcomes.Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced technology environment.Willing to work on-site daily in Kuala Lumpur and work night shifts supporting US-based clients.
