In this part-time remote role, you will guide learners through key examination topics, explain financial concepts, provide practical examples, and support their progress through structured lessons and assessment activities.The ideal candidate has strong expertise in management accounting and financial management, excellent teaching abilities, and the ability to make technical subject matter accessible to learners with different levels of experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver online training sessions covering CMA examination topics and core finance principles.Teach management accounting, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and performance analysis.Explain financial statement analysis, internal controls, risk management, and decision-support concepts.Develop lesson plans, study materials, practice questions, mock examinations, and revision resources.Guide learners through examination techniques, question interpretation, and time-management strategies.Use practical business scenarios and case studies to connect theoretical knowledge with workplace applications.Assess learner performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas requiring additional support.Track student progress and adapt teaching methods to improve understanding and examination readiness.Stay informed about CMA syllabus updates, examination requirements, and developments in management accounting.Provide individual guidance and respond to learners' academic and subject-related questions.Maintain organized training records, attendance information, and learning progress reports.Recommend improvements to course content, learning materials, and online training delivery.RequirementsAt least 3 years of relevant experience in finance, management accounting, financial analysis, or professional education preferred.A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Strong knowledge of management accounting, financial planning, budgeting, cost analysis, and performance management.Previous experience teaching, tutoring, or preparing candidates for professional finance examinations is an advantage.CMA certification or progress toward the CMA qualification is an advantage.Excellent presentation, communication, and instructional skills.Ability to explain complex financial topics clearly using practical examples.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and online teaching or presentation platforms.Strong organization skills and the ability to deliver structured lessons independently.What We OfferFlexible part-time work in a fully remote setting.Opportunities to support aspiring finance professionals and accounting specialists.A professional learning environment that values knowledge-sharing and continuous development.Collaboration with learners and professionals from diverse backgrounds.The opportunity to contribute to high-quality finance education and professional examination preparation.
