Operations Manager — Action in Motion Fitness, Dubai MarinaAction in Motion is a boutique fitness studio with three training studios, a café and a small retail area. We are looking for a responsible, highly organised and proactive Operations Manager to keep the premises, equipment and daily operations consistently in order.Reporting directly to the owner, you will take ownership of operational tasks, notice issues early and follow through until they are resolved, without constant reminders.Key responsibilities:

• ⁠ ⁠Check cleanliness, facilities and equipment twice daily, with additional spot checks as needed.
• ⁠ ⁠Supervise the cleaning team and check the quality of their work across the studios, reception, changing rooms and bathrooms.
• ⁠ ⁠Ensure equipment and facilities are in working order. Report faults promptly to the appropriate people and follow up until resolved.
• ⁠ ⁠Monitor toiletries, cleaning supplies and other consumables, arranging replenishment before items run out.
• ⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate retail stock records, tracking items sold, remaining quantities and replenishment needs.
• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate suppliers, maintenance visits and repairs, keeping the owner informed of issues and progress in a timely manner.What we are looking for:
• ⁠ ⁠A strong sense of responsibility, excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• ⁠ ⁠Previous experience as an Operations Manager is not essential. We also welcome candidates with fitness industry experience who understand how a studio operates and are ready to take the next step in their career. What matters most is responsibility, initiative, a willingness to learn and the determination to put in the effort needed to succeed. Candidates with operations experience outside fitness are also welcome.
