We pride ourselves on taking a professional, respectful approach to collections while delivering results for our clients.As our business continues to grow, there are ongoing opportunities for development and career progression for the right people.Role Description : As a Collections Officer, you'll spend most of your day talking with customers about outstanding accounts.The role involves:Making outbound calls and taking inbound calls.Responding to customer emails.Setting up payment arrangements and discussing account options.Updating account notes and customer records.Working with customers to resolve outstanding debts.Following company processes and compliance requirements.Working as part of a team to achieve results.Previous customer service experience is essential. Collections experience is a bonus, but full training is provided.
